    We went to Treasure Island for summer camp this year, and had a wonderful time.  We had received permission from the Carroll District OA Chapter to have our tapout for newly elected scouts at Treasure Island.  It is always special when the scouts and scouters can be tapped out at the birthplace of the Order of the Arrow.
